2022 Update: still one of the best McD locally, well run and professional staff. This McDonald's has drastically improved in service and speed compared to the last couple years.

My experience has been great at this location. This is primarily because of a specific employee, Adrianna. She is always friendly and helpful, and I see that she is courteous to everyone she greets.

Horrible lines and depressing workers. Forced to buy inside because of the lineup at the drive thru. It was at the street. Person who finally took my order looked like she was going to fall asleep. I ran in for a drink and fries for a friend...ended up waiting forever and the cashier never even gave my my drink cup. Not the only time I had issues with this l location but I had to help out my friend who lived close.

Yes. Service isn't the best after breakfast hours tho. My last experience...super rude and very slow. Wasn't "fast food at all".
It could be Warmel Corporation, who own 27 individual McDonald's in the SoCal area. However, you can always find the owner's name on a plaque usually found on a wall near the cash registers.
