Had two phones repaired there and i have zero complaints. Both times the phones were fixed basicly looked bra d new and gunctioned 100% as they did when i recivex from manufacturer. They are busy quite a bit so calling them could vet better but i understand they are busy so thats fine with me. Definitely going back the next time i have another mishap with my phone. They do work with asurion in case anyones wondering.

I took two phones in for cracked screens. One of the two phones was fixed fine. My phone came back with a rattle every time it would vibrate. I called and asked if I should go through asurion or take it in, I was told to take it in. I took my phone in to be repaired and when I picked it up I was told next time to contact asurion to fix what they left broken. The phone still rattles.

Talk about fast turn around time and friendly customer service. They fix my computer in 2hours and the front desk call me right away to let me know to come back. 5 stars experience all around!
