Jessica and the Right at Home team are fantastic. We initially hired them for some part time care several years ago, while my father was recovering from an illness and was not able to do all of the daily tasks needed to take care of himself and my mom. This year, my dad had to have surgery and an extended stay in a rehab facility and Jessica and the Right at Home team have been a godsend. They have been providing 16 hour a day companionship for my mother and helping her with daily tasks. As we make preparations for my dad to come home after 3 months in rehabilitation, Jessica has been a rock every step of the way, offering guidance, knowing what questions needed to be asked about discharge and his needs after returning home, and providing referrals to get the needed equipment in place prior to his discharge. It has been very hard to be away from my parents while I felt they needed me, but Covid made travel unadvisable and I could not have stayed for the length of time needed. Having Jessica and the whole Right at Home team taking care of my parents has relieved so many worries as I know they are in such good, kind, competent hands. They really, truly care about their clients and I would recommend their services to anyone.
