We had an amazing experience at the Togwotee Mountain Lodge -- possibly the best on our vacation! We were bicycling and hit rain/hail coming over the pass, and got in just drenched looking like wet rats, three hours before checkin! Jenny (I think) at the front desk was amazing -- she managed to get us into a room (cabin) early and was just as helpful (and happy) as could be -- helped us find some hot chocolate and food and laundry! We spent two nights there loving every minute, and then the weather broke just in time for us to move on down the mountain to Grand Teton NP! Thank you!

The cabin was super cute and spacey! A little high priced but it was nice to only be 20 minutes from the grand Tetons. There was a stove as well so that was nice! Check in was quick and easy as well as check out. Has a bar and a restaurant

This place is clean, reasonably comfortable, but old and tired. The customer service is not consistently good. During my 4 day stay I encountered individuals who were pleasant, well informed, and clearly understood the hospitality industry. I also encountered several staff, specifically wait staff in the restaurant, who seemed like they were “put out” by having to work there. On our last day we were told to be ready to be picked up at our cabin by the airport shuttle van precisely at 9:30 am. We confirmed this time the night prior. At 9:50 we contacted the front desk who seemed unaware of our pick up. We were subsequently shuttled to the airport. We learned that the driver had “forgotten” our pick up that morning and left without us. The resort’s website does not accurately describe the place at all. It boasts amenities and great restaurants that no longer exist. It describes something that once was. Dinner meal choices and quality were average at best. The breakfast menu consisted of pre cooked meals which were re heated when ordered. Overall if you don’t mind worn out rooms that aren’t cleaned very well and you’re using this place as nothing more than a place to sleep and store your gear then it’s acceptable. The snowmobile guides and rental staff were all outstanding and second to none. They were friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly took a proprietary interest in their jobs and the business.

The Lodge has gone downhill so much. Arrived at 1:30 with a sleepy toddler after a 6 hr drive and we’re told by the young man at the desk the policy to check in is 2pm. Told us to go to the bar for food and drinks. Then they told us we will have to get it to go because they close at 2:30. The parking lot was empty so not sure why he couldn’t have checked to see if our room were ready. Every hotel I have been to will let you check in early if possible. We have been going there for 6 yrs. And since Aramark has taken over we have heard and noticed the negative. The staff is not happy and it shows. Breakfast consist of rubbery eggs, limited selection and served in a to-go bag. Yet lunch and dinner are served on a plate and the quality is great. The breakfast was so bad that the guests joked about it all week. Happy hour for package guests has been cut out as well. Hats off to the bartenders, snowmobile rental crew and guides. They are the reason we go back, although we are seeking other winter getaway options. Some of the best employees there over the years are gone. Some of the worst have stayed.

Yes, our end date for our spring operations is March 31.
Lodge does not have any large rooms to accommodate a wedding in the lodge itself but there are several buildings on the property and we never looked at them. It is a very nice place to stay really quiet and up in the mountains.
No, there is no RV park at Togwotee Mountain Lodge. There is one down the road about 5 to 10 minutes.
Yes, food is good but spendy as it's the only restaurant nearby.
