I came to visit my grandma and every time I come to visit my grandma and I pass through the lobby 8189 it has a very strong smell and its disgusting.That you don't even want to leave your house because of the smell. The smell could make people sick especially if it's for senior living. Like try opening the doors or try taking the smell out. And if you take the stairs or the elevator it still has that strong smell. The carpets on the levels are so dirty and there's like stains on them maybe try cleaning the carpets. Other then that the apartment was nice that was just my only issue.

When we moved here it looked very different then how it looked in the pictures when I walked in the building to go into the elevator it smells like cigarettes every time someone’s over they have to cover there nose or put on a mask when there over hope you guys could get that smell out and there’s cat everywhere under cars in the pool everywhere hope you guys do something.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! I applied and didn't receive any further information until I called a week later, just to find out my application was denied due to an technical glitch on their website. I was charged $180 for 2 applications ($40 each) and a $100 holding fee. I was told I would receive a refund within 48 hours, and I still haven't received my refund weeks later!! I've tried contacting the front office about this, and they don't care!! Also, their corporate office (Socal Pacific MF Management Corp) has no contact information at all. Since management will not give me my refund, NOW I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. If you can apply somewhere else, please do and save your time and money!
