Any age, if disabled. It's a HUD "property based" complex for seniors & disabled (meaning you don't need a Section8 voucher, but you CAN apply with one). As of Summer 2020 there are 2 couples & each has senior AND disabled members. I'm not sure how it would work if a couple applied but only 1 person was disabled and/or senior & the other was neither. That's a good question for management: (707) 538-5113 Fun fact: Windham Village & Betlehem Towers are under the same management co. Important thing about this & all "property based" complexes: waitlist is VERY long, and EXTREMELY seldom open. They won't notify you when it's open, so you'd need to (somehow) hit on the right time, which happens sporadically, lasts approx. 2wks & is announced only by a note on the office door. It's good to randomly call to check, or come by every 2nd Friday of the month when local Food Bank delivers. Currently, it takes min. 4+ years on the list to get offered apt. at Windham.
