lousy service the machines do not work well soap does not come out and my car came out dirty I paid for the highest membership but I am leaving here. I recommend you never come to this place the staff can not help you nor are they prepared much less ready to help in truth than to disappoint business.

They tried to up sale you the most expensive car wash with bogo but failed to mention the second wash can only redeem within 14days . When I showed up give the ticket the attendant told it expired last week and refuse to let me talk to manager claim himself as manager ??? Dishonest business ?? Or rip off ??

I paid $12 for my car wash. (Normally I choose the cheapest between $6 and $8). The tires came out as dirty as before with soot. I had to wash them myself. The car came out still dripping with water I had to do my own drying. Pure daylight robbery. What a waste of time and money.

I used to be a loyal customer would literally come to wash my car at least once a week, but I stopped going because the last time I went their machines broke my side mirror completely off and they never took responsibility for it. All they did was have me sign a paper and tell me they'd follow up with me, and when I tried calling the number they gave me, it was out of service. I think I deserved more as a regular.
