If you have a Samsung phone under warranty do not take it there because they don't want to do the work. 00 pm pp I don't know what Samsung pays them enough but they won't they won't touch it at all. I've been there three times now and had work done but not again I thought they help me out with this just 0000actually I think it was interrupting their video games they wouldwere in the back playing. Oh but they did try to blackmail me the first night I tried to get my phone fixed if I would have signed up for the asurion home warranty they would have done my phone I told them I have a sharing for my phone but they wanted me to sign up for some big package and then they would have worked on my phone straight blackmail,of course I ó do it, so I would recommend taking your phone somewhere else.,

TERRIBLE customer service and unorganized! Did diagnostic for laptop, they claimed to have called when it was done but I had no missed calls or voicemails. They didn’t attempt to try to reach bk out so after a week I called in to find out what was the delay. At first I wasn’t going to do business with them since they did not try to reach out to me for updates but in a hurry to fix my comp I changed my mind. They were very argumentative, rude, abrasive as I asked questions, told me no promises that it would possibly take over 5 days for a simple tune up. And wouldn’t compromise on a solution to me not being contacted the first time by just making sure they have number right when they call and if they don’t hear bk try again at later time. He kept repeating you sure you want me to work on it over and over basically pushing me away as I repeatedly said I want it fixed but also a solution to being contacted. It got to point I hung up and went for my laptop. AND THAN they tried to hand me completely different laptop!!!! I left an Asus and they tried to hand me an apple laptop. So they are all kinds up messed up in customer service and organization!

Mark was excellent, I was having an issue with another repair store and he took care of me in only a few minutes. I highly recommend this location for anyone who needs assistance with their phone or other electronic devices.

Wonderful experience. Elizabeth took the time to see if my phone had an extended warranty for the battery and it did. Good communication and people skills. I saw her work another customer with ease to calm the customer's concerns Highly recommend for phone repairs

Yes they do
I am not sure. They fixed the broken glass on my Samsung after I dropped it on the pavement. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but communication is lacking, as I had to wait for my phone to be returned, even after I left it overnight. Give them a call. It was a reasonable inconvenience.
