It’s not even busy but they still managed to “forget” to make my order even though I was waiting in line and already paid. On top of that they didn’t get straight to making my drink but made me wait an extra 10 minutes before starting on it.

I was really surprised cause this location is always pack therefore, I never go there but this time I decided to try and it was so fast. They have some one taking you order the minute to drive in so you don't even get to the menu screen. I think is a great idea cause the line move so much faster, I literally spen like 5 minutes to order and get my order.
