They sell bad seafood. We purchased some Petrale sole on 8/7/22. It looked shiny and fresh, but getting home it was slimy, and cooked- disgusting. Any fish handler would have known this and should never have tried to sell it.

I am so disappointed by how this store has deteriorated. It had become a warehouse for Amazon shoppers. I stood at the deli with two other people and waited so long the other two ahead of me gave up - at least 5 minutes. Two people then came out of the back area and took up positions. No apologies. Sad...

I wish to add an update to my post. I went to Whole Foods Novato on Friday Dec 18th at the 7:00 am hour for elderly shoppers. Despite my complaints to the store manager Chris and the regional manager, they still make it difficult if not impossible for elderly or disabled citizens to shop safely during COVID. They dont care about their elderly customers or they would make sure that the aisles are safe and accessible during this special time. DISGRACEFUL

They are not selling you fresh fish and fruits...and the floor near by the cashier is bit dirty... you can see trash everywhere... not sure why they can offer high price with such low quality products .... they have an EV charger so that good for me! However... you can check the pics I took to understand what I want to express.....:( They deleted the worse pics only left better pics...so..minus one star from 2 stars..and re-upload the pics! Total 7 pics! If you see less then 7 pcs then which is meant the pics deleted by whole food market!

I'm nonot sure the aisle #, but it is the 1st aisle after the produce area, I believe it is grouped with the pickles in the beginning of the refrigerated section.
