The only way I was able to get an appointment set up, or to get anything done, was to go into the clinic itself - nobody answers the phone, and nobody calls you back. I went to this clinic to get a referral to a specialist. The NP I saw was very nice and seemed to know what she was doing - but didn't place the referral like she was supposed to. After I went back to the clinic, because I couldn't get ahold of anyone (for the second round), they told me that they would get the referral in place. Once that finally came through, I came to find that the phone number they gave me was to the wrong type of specialist. I ultimately had to go through my insurance company to figure out who I was referred to, because I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the clinic. Needless to say, this is not a clinic worth going to if you can avoid it.
