Hours are very slim and they don't have much of a selection of equipment. They're only open for 3-4 hours on weekdays and they probably don't have whatever you're looking for.

New location is easier to see stuff n easier to get around it. Staff are super nice n helpful. They understand that musical instrument purchases take time.

They do, yes.
I would call the music shop. I've seen pianos for sale, and many lessons for many instruments and vocal. The shop is quite talented.
