I do not recommend, the hotel was absolutely garbage. My room door looked like it had been kicked in so our deadbolt was gone, we found live roaches in our room, our window lock was broke and you could easily open it from the outside if somebody wanted to, hairs and stuff everywhere, my ceiling had mold all on it and I would wake up with a stuffy nose in the morning, I feel safe washing in a tub at a hotel not this one I washed in my crocs, and the water from the shower stunk, it smelt like sewage water. The location of it is bad as well. The stay was absolutely trash, maybe it was a good hotel to go stay in back in the 40s but it is 2022, I will never stay at this hotel again. Again I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The rooms are stuffy and smell like smoke. Toilets were dirty Had a damp washcloth hanging in the shower that wasn’t ours. Used toilet roll, no new one in sight other then the one on the dirty floor. Seen a roach in the tub. Ac has mildew in it. Needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY. PLS DO NOT STAY IF YOU CAN, JUST FIND A HOLIDAY INN

Do not stay here. The prices are not worth it. Both pools at the facility don't work. There was a live roach in my room when we first arrived. The beds were probably great 30 years ago. These rooms were worth about maybe $70.00 a night. Not the 200+ I paid a night. I understand rates change but in this case with nothing working onsite there should be some refund or something. Next time I will definitely find somewhere else to stay.

first of all, do not waste your time and money on this hotel. the help desk is absolutely rude and non professional. we booked a room for 4 for my birthday night. we ask them to cancel the reservation and refund the money due to in contact of covid19. the night help desk in hotel told us we will cancel it and refund the money but when we check back in the morning after the cancelation they only cancel the room and hung up on us.
