I worked for these people for 3 weeks and they never paid me a dollar. They are horrible people and they take advantage of young teen workers. Don't shop here they treat their employees terribly and they are thieves. They even forged my signature on my tax papers so that they could pretend to have paid me and threatened to call the police if i came back asking about my check. Im in the process of suing them. They should be in jail and they do not deserve your business!!!

This is your store if you are in Manteo and don’t want to drive to Nags Head. Buy the wal-mart brand stuff when you are here because the regular brand stuff is very expensive. The store is fairly clean and works for all the regular stuff. I just don’t do my weekly shopping here.

I don’t really understand all the “friendly service” comments. The lady who stocks produce is nice, but the two cashiers I usually ended up with literally wouldn’t say anything to you except the price when you’re checking out. I worked in a grocery store for a long time and don’t expect perfection from any customer service employee, but those describing “Mayberry Vibes” are way, way off. I am local and was a regular customer, then started going to Piggly Wiggly after about the 4th time of going in and the same rude people checking me out.
