We were in a bind on a 109° Day and had no expectations of a A/C company showing up the same day, however Matt was there within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional when It came to everything related to heating and air, and even wore “booties” on his feet without my wife having to ask. Matt came up with a brilliant solution to the problem we’re experiencing, since our house temperatures vary’s by 30° between the upstairs and downstairs. They ended up putting in the units he suggested and we could not be more pleased by the quality and price of his work. This company deserves more stars than I was able to give.

We met with 4 other ductless providers in the area, and Dr. Ductless was by far the best and most reliable choice! After a FREE home visit and assessment, they provided us with a quote on the spot. Other companies we worked with asked that we wait a week or more before receiving a quote. I worked specifically with Rod and Matt, and they provided fantastic service! They were so professional, easy to talk to, and patient with us. Financing with Dr. Ductless was an easy process! After our HOA board initially denied our request to install ductless (they had literally never heard of it before, and most people just use window units here anyways...) Rod and Matt came to a 6:30PM board meeting and presented to the HOA board! They were so helpful and clear with the board about the scope of work required. The board approved our project, and we have been enjoying our 3-zone mini-split system for about 2 weeks now. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ductless. They provided competitive pricing and payment options. The instillation took one day. The mini-splits are super easy to use and are SO EFFECTIVE at helping us maintain comfortable temperatures. Best of all, the ductless system is so quiet! We can actually hear our neighbor's window unit over our outdoor condensing unit. Crazy! Give Rod a call, and I promise you won't regret it!

After doing Research on replacing my HVAC system Dr. Ductless Heating and Cooling came in highly recommended by one of my good friends. My first initial contact was with Ana from the office, she helped me with setting up the initial consultation with the comfort adviser, Matt. I was provided with a one hour window of arrival and Matt showed up right on time and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival! Can you say impressive? Matt was very professional and explained what needed to be done and left me with the confidence I needed to commit to this investment. He was able to put me on the schedule 3days after we signed the contract. The day before the installation I received a reminder call with all the information that I needed. The installation crew arrived at 8:30 am and began setting up. Matt showed up on the day of the installation and opened up the job , he introduced the foreman and his crew and they informed me exactly how the day was going to play out. The Install crew took great pride in their work and worked cohesively. At the end of the installation, the install crew cleaned up very nicely. The fore man then came and did a walk through of the system and explained how everything worked and patiently answered all of my questions. The day after the installation I received a call from Ana who called to follow up on the installation to make sure that I was happy with the installation and asked if I had any questions. I never thought I could be so in love with a heating and air company as I am with Dr. Ductless Heating and Cooling. Thank you Dr. Ductless!
