I called and made an appointment for someone to fix my washing machine. They said between 3 and 4pm. At 5pm, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called to reschedule. I spoke to Frank. He didn't explain why they hadn't showed up, but said he'd be there the next day between 10 an 11am. No one showed, no one called. I called Frank at noon, and left a message. No reply. At 1:00 pm, I texted Frank, explained I haven't seen anyone. He said he would contact the technician. Another hour later, at 2:00pm, I texted to say I was disappointed, and to cancel the appointment.

Called to ask if they purchase used appliances, they said no. The gentleman who answered the phone did not recognize the business name, I had to ask, "Is this A&B Appliances?". Very confusing and poor customer service.

I bought a slightly used refrigerator and stove top. The refrigerator that I had wouldn't fit in the spot for the refrigerator. My apartment did not come with a stove top 🙄

Frank was just great. He will deliver tomorrow morning!! He also though in a gas line for nothing. Great customer service! If you ever need a slightly used appliances, don't hesitate to call "Frank" at A & B Appliances!! 👍🏽
