I had a Great experience with Vexus. Customer service is awesome as well as their technicians. UPDATE: As of 9/24 I cancelled my services with vexusfiber. The internet is awful, and the cable is very inconsistent. Sadly, I only had the service for 2 months or so and countless technicians came to my residence to resolve ongoing issues. I had high hopes for such bad quality. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!!

Started out super fast, I have never seen pages load as fast as my first week on fiber. But as time goes by it seems to be faster than my cable but not as fast as the initial week. I’m wondering why?

Great experience with our sales rep and installation process. We have met 3 Vexus professionals in the last two weeks who have all been very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. So far, our internet service has been great! We are happy we finally made the decision to change providers.

I'd call to see if they're in your area some parts of Texas aren't on fiber yet, they could better assist your direct address, if not att might be in your area cause they're growing too
Mine was doing the same, all I could get was "we're aware of the situation and are working promptly to get it resolved". I finally canceled, thank goodness within my refund period, spectrum may not be as fast, but it is far more reliable.

There is not fix. The service is always out! That is they do not wasting time calling anyone back.
You better hope they don't! You will be stuck in a contract with terrebile service.
