Mike with Nuvia Water Technology came to our house and tested our water. He explained in detail every test he performed. He then presented the company products to help us protect our house from having hard water which contains the chemicals that we do not want in our house. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Due to the knowledge and the great Customer Service that Mike exhumed, the decision was made to go with Nuvia Water and not any other companies. Thank you, Mike, for taking the time to answer all of our questions and being patient and explaining how everything works. Mike deserves 5/5 stars for a great job well done. Thank you! Recently got this system installed and it is excellent! We were helped by Richard Luna and he was awesome and went above and beyond! The installation process was done perfectly and the installer did an excellent job as well! The installer even fixed two things with my kitchen sink area with no extra charge and was very nice and knowledgeable.

Me and my wife had just purchased the home we had been renting out for a few years that had a water softener connection set up but no water softener installed. Nuvia had reached out to us seeing that we were new home owners and wanted to go over a water test for us to understand what we were drinking in our household with as little sales push they could give. I understood they were offering a solution and ultimately wanted to get us on as customers but it was actually something myself and wife conversed about regularly so we were actually happy to hear them out. Josh Austin was the sales representative who met with us and tested our water in the county as we are known to have hard water and he went over all the scores as well as testing our sparkletts water system that we were also relying on to show us the big difference between the two and to let us know there was no smoke / mirrors they were using. He also provided information on their water softener and RO system and ultimately let us decide whether or not we wanted to continue with Nuvia. After we agreed we ran into some financing issues due to our credit being hit from the recent home purchase but Josh was super flexible and understanding with us and helped us secure the system at the end. The install took a bit due to the back and fourth with financing but was still ultimately quickly done. My wife has skin issues and we have a 6 month old baby in the house so we are super happy and excited knowing that we are no longer using the hard water on our skins! Also as a bonus Josh threw in a bunch of soap products and made it so we no longer have to rely on expensive products / water service! 5/5 would work with Josh and the Nuvia team again!

Vincent is informative and knows water. I wish I installed sooner. As they say, "better late than never. " Vincent is efficient and consumer conscious. NUVIA IS LUCKY TO HAVE VINCENT REPRESENT. After all, made in the United States products sell itself. Vincent is a representative of the people. Identifying the needs and benefits for us the consumer. Thank you Vincent for a fantastic time saved experience. The United States still makes something amazing! Clean water cleans!!! Everyone deserves clean water. Hi Noe. The unit's power cord can be unplugged and then plugged back in. However, please contact our customer service department at (951) 734-7400 for further assistance.
Well it all depends, they will tell you one price when they come to test your water and set up installation, then after the installation when the seller comes out to test your water again to show you that it is clean, they tell you another price. Good luck if you choose to go with Nuvia.
