Live close by so naturally I go a lot. By far the worst local McDonald's, particularly the evening shift. I feel sorry for the manager because I can tell she is trying, but surrounded by a bunch of children who have no manners, what can she do. There is ALWAYS some type of problem but sometimes it's a big problem like missing items & no matter what the case you will be in the wrong for having an issue. I hope they get it together. All their best employees seem to work breakfast. With rising prices you expect it to be right, at least almost right. 1 star is not low enough

It's not Just here, it's all restaurants in rocky mount. Gave me a less than medium amount of fries in a large fry box. How sad. Thats why she gave me that look when she gave them to me. When u order a small fry, you get a medium amount in them. How weird???

Friendly service. My order is always correct. Always fast. This is a great McDonald's!

Big boss is very unfriendly to the staff. Shouts nonstop at them. As costumer i cannot enjoy my time there because I just feel sorry about the staff.
