This hotel is really well kept. Staff is friendly at all. I checked in around 11pm. Immediately upon checking in, I found an herion needle in the top dresser drawer. I reported it and asked for another room because apparently it wasn't properly cleaned. The manager asked me how did it gets there. Really? The next room was mediocre but heat barely worked. I checked out immediately at sunrise. Ill never go back.

This place doesn’t even set serve a star. I reserved a room on my travels based on the pics shown of the room. What I was given was your worst nightmare. The room contained bedside lamps with holes in them. The room hadn’t been dusted is a long while. The bathroom really should have gotten the place condemned. The tile in the tub had black mold on most of the tiles. The tub, not cleaned since it was installed and the toilet, well I just can’t. Run, far away from this place and the POS owner that wouldn’t refund our money

When checking in to this hotel on 10/21/2019 I had a few questions since I've never stayed at this brand. The front desk clerk was very rude, and acted as though he didn't want to help me. The rate was $40 per night, but he said I could upgrade to a newly renovated room for $10 more? The room was fine for a budget hotel. So on today 10/25/2019 I tried making a reservation online but it gave me an error message. so I called the location directly. The same front desk clerk answered the phone, I identified myself and told him that I was online, the reservation system is not working properly, and that I needed to rent a room for two days. The same desk clerk answers the phone rudely, I told him that I was quoted a price of $41 per night online, but the reservation system wouldn't let me check out. He states that the room is $60 per night, I asked why when I just paid $50 with the upgrade on Monday? He said it's the weekend rate, and that he only has two rooms left. He was very agitated because I was asking simple customer service related questions? He then got extremely mad and said we don't have anymore rooms available, and hung up the phone. At this point I'm confused as to why this unprofessional front desk clerk is treating me like this when I'm paying my money. I will NEVER stay at this brand again! I believe you get what you pay for, and I don't like to be treated unprofessionally.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The owner is rude! They have roaches. He does not honor the price that is listed on site he will refuse check in if you don’t pay him more. He told my boyfriend to make me shut up and not talk to him. He called the police because we asked for our money back to stay at another hotel. He said that he didn’t have roaches even tho we took pictures and he said that it wasn’t his room that’s in the picture and that he was going to go and check made us stay outside in the cold with our infant when he came back he lied and said that he didn’t see any roaches. I asked for the money back because 1. I’m allergic to roaches 2. I don’t want my infant around roaches This place needs to be inspected by the health inspector and I WILL BE CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BEAURE !!! This place is RIDICULOUS!!!
