I noticed that they are happier selling you an (over-priced) item than they are to buy something from you. Even though my jewelry had real diamonds in it and I paid a good deal of money on them, they were sterling silver and not considered “real” jewelry.

I bought a morgan silver dollar from them it was listed at one price and he lowered it that's great customer service. I finally got a chance to have it checked out it was fake. Had a little hassle because I lost my receipt but he gave me a full refund. They have great customer service. I have no problem doing business with them again.

I have to do at least 1 star, so they get that. I can only speak on my personally experience. After reading the reviews and doing some checking on this pawn store. I still went in because to each is their own. I will say that the individual that assistant me. I call him D for dealer. His greed may be do to the advantage of the desperate he is use to manipulating. I'm glad with how the loan I needed urgently, I didn't allow ignorance to control my decision. No was possible should a loan b 30 percent of the resale value if I didn't return for my items. But if accepted, now let's add the interest added to my loan. To each their own, but I would advise all to inquire on various options before executing. This is just my personal opinion, on solely my experience with the business.
