My husband and I have been here for 4 years and overall we have enjoyed it. It has been some bumps in the road for sure the last year, but Nola proved that she is here for her residents. Nola made sure our AC was FINALLY fixed after I had submitted 4 work orders. She even made sure to go down to our apartment herself and check to make sure the job was done right and correctly. My faith has been restored because of her constantly checking in on us after being without air. I appreciate the kindness she showed me and my family in this very frustrating time trying to get maintenance to fix our AC. Hopefully, this will go to show maintenance how much caring about the residents really mean.

Not too bad the maintenance personnel can be drastically improved. Lots of roaches no matter what you do lots of roaches

Had an 800 sq foot 1 bedroom apt. Had to be handicapped accessible from what I could tell. Considering the position I was in, I didn’t argue when I couldn’t look at it prior to signing the papers. When I finally started to move in, the lack of space was evident, and there wasn’t cabinets under the bathroom sink or garbage disposal. I rang maintenance multiple times about the toilet, the leak in the AC and garbage disposal, only once did I have a note on my counter saying maintenance had come but the toilet still had the same issues. Now that I left, I cleaned, they called while I was at work stating that I would be charged an extra day even though I hadn’t been living there for almost 10 days prior. I get a call the next day stating that I now have to be charged to drill into the lock because they never had a key. How is that possible? So that’s why my other maintenance request must’ve been ignored and the papers in my counter about pest control and the one time they did come must be a figment of their imagination. The only thing I could say was the staff in the office was friendly and attentive when you were in person. But the pest problem, the lack of communication, and now the extra bills even though the lease is over…. Unacceptable

Joanna is absolutely AMAZING!! She was super polite, she got back to me very quick and just made the whole process super easy. Would definitely ask for her if you’re looking to move to these apartments.
