I called in and asked if I have to make an Appoinment but they told me I can just walk in and that it’s not to busy at the moment. I walked in and immediately even tho there were other customers, she washed my hair already. While I deep conditioned my hair she literally finished 5 peoples hair. From color to blow outs and straighten and curlys. There were only 2 employees but those two were faster then most other places with more employees. I got my hair washed, deep conditioned, blow dried and straighten and my hair smells and look amazing!!!! I m just to visit here in VA but I wish we had those 2 in NC. I would be there every weekend. I definitely recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you again for making my day!

I gave them 4 stars because they tried their best. Whoever answered the phone clearly didn't understand what services I was asking for when she made my appointment. After I showed them a previous picture of my hair style. One lady said oh we can not do finger waves. While I was standing there with a wet head 😳.. the trainee/ shampoo girl said I can do the finger waves. I smiled and said let try it. She did her best as a new young stylist and I appreciate the effort they put into trying to redo my style. So I thank them!! The only thing I frowned upon is the older two stylist never spoke English even when they was talking about my hair.. only the young trainee spoke English for I could understand. I am not saying it's wrong I am just saying out of respect and I am a paying customer let me know what you talking about when it comes to me being your client. Over all my hair look good, not slayed like I like my she did a great job!!

I had the absolute worst experience, they charged me full price and didn’t even know how to care or style my hair. So, obviously I got up and left! my hair isn’t done, it was just the worst experience. I’m sure they do good hair, however they didn’t do mine well!!!
