So after looking online and talking to a couple of people i decided to go check out the community it was nice and the staff was as nice as well they gave me all the info i needed to complete and application so I gather my documents and got them back to them along with $150 application fee which was not the issue I had so she called me back the next day and said I was denied and it took me back cause she didn’t run my application and I was proven I have a alert on my ss number and credit report so I would have known if she ran it or not….I didn’t receive any email alert or nothing so she couldn’t have ran MY credit report so I called back to the office and left a message for Bernice to call me which I have yet to receive. If this is the way your company do business then im glad I was denied. Even stopped by to retrieve a paper they had that I needed and was given the run around by the assistant. So save your money and don’t appt there because they don’t check nothing and take your money if I could have given negative stars I would have so let see how long it take them to reach out and give me the run around again 🙄

Just moved in. Ms. Berniece was super sweet and professional. The process was smooth. I've already met my neighbors who are great. Maintenance Personnel has been super helpful with my move in. I am truly excited to be a new resident here.

Wonderful customer service given by the leasing agent Bernice. Prompt response to emails and calls. Property is maintained and updated. Pool and playground on-site. Spacious townhomes with three levels.
