Not the Conrad Hotel but adequate enough for the weary traveler. Plenty of food around the hotel in close proximity. Very friendly staff and the rooms are always clean.

I didn't rent a room only went to visit a friend there I would say I haven't seen all of the rooms but it really depends on why you are here. Some people don't have a place to live so they rent here week to week til they get a more stable living arrangement. That seems to be most of what I observed. I wouldn't recommend a tourist for this location, they would think of Petersburg in a negative way and probably would say bad things about, they would never come back to visit

This place was absolutely disgusting; notified front desk of the issues in the room and did nothing to accommodate anything better. Distasteful activity on premise. Rooms were dirty and blankets had burns etc. Absolutely horrific experience. Bugs, dirty bathroom. Literally worst stay ever.

This was the filthiest and scariest place I have EVER tried to spend the night. I felt filthy after leaving there. I *may* have gotten 45 minutes sleep. So nasty I wouldn't even shower. If I had known where Choice was sending me and if there had been a room available to me anywhere else after driving for 10 hrs. I'd have LEFT!!!
