Free camping on river. Prime fishing spot. It's just unfortunate how people take advantage of that. So much trash. We collected 5 huge leaf bags full. Two other small groups of people also came and picked up trash and there still so much more.

Half mile narrow road to water. Lovely lake water in August. Stunning blues and greens and mostly clear. Casual and safe feeling area. Smalls groups with their children and dogs and kayaks, etc. My dogs enjoyed wading in the cold water. Might be tricky for people with orthopedic issues to walk short way down from road to lake. Not a lot of room to spread out unless you hike around through some pretty uneven terrain.
