We had to change our reservation from booking.com due to a flight cancellation. The staff at Packwood Lodge was great in making sure we could keep our reservation for the night we needed and cancel the other night. The rooms were nice and clean. we had a double queen bed room, which was great for traveling with our two kids. There was a mini fridge in the room which was also really helpful. Good wifi too, which was needed because of no cell reception. The location is close to Packwood restaurants (check out the nearby brewery) as well as the Ohanapecosh entrance to Mount Rainier. It makes it easy to get into the park before the parking lots fill up.

Great mountain location! Nice rooms and the customer service wasn't bad either. Price was very reasonable.

Comfortable, low-key motel very close to the entrance to Mt Rainier National Park.

We made a quick stop here and stayed in one of the upstairs rooms at the back of the hotel. The room was OK, the walls are a bit thin and the room was small. To be fair we were told the room was small and offered the chance to look at it (twice) before we took it and we declined to look.. The price was good and the staff was nice. No complaints it was a warm dry place to sleep on the spur of the moment. The cabins loked nice we did not get a chance to check them out.
