"Sam" is a shining 10 stars. 4 stars for the experience without her. She is such a kind person and I enjoy seeing her early in the mornings. Coffee is always ready, hot, and tastes great. She is consistent with a job well done. Though everyone has needs like time off, it does become a hit or miss on good coffee without her. I have learned which jacksons too go to though because its mostly always a good experience. Plus I'm offered free healthy food 🍌 with the purchase of coffee.
