Went to dinner here with my best friend for my birthday🎂🎁 little did I know that they go all out all employees stop what they're doing sing Happy Birthday to you and make you feel special and spend time with you😇 they also have a saddle horse that you can sit on and get a picture taken😅 good food good atmosphere busy but not too crowded👍👍

I was pretty disappointed in our visit earlier this week. We love Texas Roadhouse and come for date night and birthdays. We were a party of 13 and our newer server handled it decently. Our order was served with the wrong chicken entree. Then our ribs arrived cold. We informed the server and she said she would be back with a new plate of ribs. She came back with the same ribs "warmed up" who knows how on a new plate. They weren't any warmer. Keep in mind those ribs had a couple spots taken out from our fork samplings. Then our son got sung happy birthday and the waitress grabbed a used napkin off our table and handed it to our son to whip around his head. I asked to talk to a manager and was dumbfounded. I mentioned calmly and politely how I was concerned about food safety in the restaurant. I mentioned how the used napkin went from customer to server to customer. (I hope that server washed their hands.) I mentioned how we were served cold ribs that had been sitting out and then "warmed up" but we're still cold. My guess is they sat under a hot lamp for a minute? The manager sat and listened to me and said the following words. "I am sorry your ribs were cold. Thanks for letting me know." The end. I was dumbfounded. Unprofessional. I think the staff needs a review on food safety and customer service.

I love Texas Roadhouse. Their prices are great for the quality of the good. The portions are large and the complimentary rolls (and peanuts before the dreaded virus) are wonderful bonuses to the meal. I love the rolls dipped in ranch. Cactus blossoms are delicious, especially when cooked well done! Sirloins are always delicious. Salads are great. Loaded baked potatoes with no salt, trust me, that salt is way overkill. Anyways, I love Texas Roadhouse!

This is one of our favorite places to eat. Everything we have ever eaten has been excellent. I especially love their rack of ribs. They are very tender, have lots of meat and served with a very good BBQ sauce. The salmon is another favorite and is very flavorful and moist. The salads are very good too and I always have the blue cheese dressing. I don't there is anything I wouldn't love.
