Yup, its definately a trailer park. And on the side of a big hill too! I can't even imagine the fun/terror of a cold-snap in January!

The place has empty trailers that are burnt or run down. Place needs to be bulldozed!!!

Nice, good people here, quiet, no drugs, no problems here, hard working tenants. We only want good working people. RV's welcome.... landlord is very nice. Rates are reasonable!! Children are welcome and pets also.

There are a few empty places here. You can call management to be sure. Bobby is a good lady, that lives on site. She'll have a more definitive response to your question. But the owner is a slumlord. Just beware if there is a problem with the meter they hook up to your RV, he won't come to discuss it with you. He will accuse you for criminal activity, randomly charge you with an amount he thinks fits (he thinks you are guilty until proven innocent...but won't believe you anyways), and threaten you until you move out.
