Very beginning was smooth. But after only 2 months running into problems with the website. Lost content, slow to fix. Patient communications is very bland and basic looking. Using another service for communicating with patients that is more polished and professional looking. Online scheduling hours incorrect and won't let me change them myself after asking them to fix it and it wasn't fixed. SEO is overall good but some of my searches, like simple dentist {city} not showing me. Patient Pop came highly recommended by a colleague but right when I signed up that colleague hit is one year with the company and said the service took a sudden nose dive. I thought I'd at least have a year of good service, but after two months...already encountering issues.

They have a couple plans depending on what you're looking for. I was interested in the see a marketing . The statistics are in real time, I can see daily what happening. And I wanted a website that was informative but not bogged down with too much info.
