I wish i could give this hotel 0/5 stars but unfortunately that is not an option. From the get go I felt like an annoyance to the front desk for simply checking in. There was not anyone there managing the front desk. Employees were not the friendliest or welcoming. The hotel was NOT clean at all. It felt very dirty and our room was not cleaned once the entire weekend we were there. We were there with our 7 month old baby and people were constantly running up and down the halls at all hours of the night... pretty hard for me to sleep let alone my baby. We asked to be put next to family and that did not happen. one of our other family members actually cancelled their reservation and we were still put on the third floor while our family was on the 2nd floor. I realize the last two points may not have been that big of a deal but after everything else it just made our stay even worse. The "water park" was sub par. Definitely not worth the money for how much we spent. Overall the hotel was EXPENSIVE, DIRTY and NOT UPDATED. You are better off spending your money and time else where. DO NOT recommend. To top it all off we weren't charged until 2 weeks AFTER our trip... very sketchy. -Morgan Friend

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good assortment for breakfast. Water park was enjoyable, except CROWDED on Saturday night, and hot tub not very bubbly or hot. The room was spacious and clean. Walk in shower could use a seat or ledge for foot prop but was otherwise perfect. Downsides.....There was a very odd odor in our room, the exhaust fan flapped in the wind, and the ac unit groaned and banged, but I slept right through it on the soft comfy bed.

I loved it basically had the pool and slide to ourselves. 5 year old daughter was sad not many kids to play with. She did find a few friends though. Stayed Wednesday and Thursday. Play area was perfect for her. Pool is 3 foot and a couple inches at its deepest. Big kids pool a foot or so deep small slide. Then the big slide 42 inches to ride went outside the building. The BAD the big slide does not open till 4pm to 9pm with 10 minute breaks every hour. Not sure if that was weekends also but make sure to check. Key cards stopped working a couple times but I did like the locks. Just hold the key up to the door lock. The rooms were nice. Had a king suit microwave fridge single cup coffee maker iron blow drier. Shower no tub. Clean. Some nasty under the pullout bed.

Our stay had a rough start. I booked the room on hotels.com and prepaid but they didn't transfer the reservation over. Thankfully there was a room available, but I had to pay for it again and then mess with calling hotels.com to get a refund. Not the hotel's fault however, and in fact, they were super helpful with it all. Generally I wouldn't pay so much for a hotel room; however, as I knew we would have a whole evening to kill with no plans because our plans were for the next day, I wanted to have a pool that the whole family could enjoy with kids aged 3 to 11. The rooms were fairly basic but everything seemed to work fine and appeared clean. The breakfast was decent but we ended up taking the food back to our room as the seating was very limited. If you're just looking for a place to lay your head at night, I would not recommend it due to the price. But if you're looking to spend a decent amount of time at the pool with young children, then I would highly recommend it

With a room you get 4 passes to the water park. With suites you get 6 passes. It is mainly set up for smaller children due to it being 3 1/2 feet at deepest point however you must be 42 inches or taller for the big slide. Park hours are from 9 am to 10 pm with the slide being open 9 am to 11 am then 3 pm to 9 pm during the week and weekends it is open from 9 am to 9 pm.
