If I could I would give negative stars . I came to pick up trailer that another driver dropped and it sit there for a week aleast because the didn't know we're the trailer was . Well I came to pick it up and found all kind of damage to our trailer. I have not driven the trailer for a month and I know it wasn't like that when I was driving it . But I don't know the other driver either so that that. The lady's in the office was nice and gave me the information to file a claim .

Everything that goes through this specific location is literally always late. Service is absolute Garbage. I've had several packages end up in Bloomington and every single one of them was always delayed. I understand there's times where packages can't be sent out for delivery. But most people count on promised delivery dates. Get it together FedEx.

Honestly I feel like someone wanted my package. Fedex customer service told me the drive was back up on packages and couldn't deliver that day but it be out for delivery the next day 2 days after that still no package . Fi ally customers service directs me to pick up my package from this location where I soon find out it never left. The woman helping me I formed me the package had been missing since the day it was supposed to be delivered and also told me the driver wrote in his report he put the package on the truck and went to the restroom and once he came back it was gone . She informed me she was going to attempt to locate the package. In no time she comes rolling the package out . The package was very big an heavy so I don't see how someone just took it off the truck and put it in the FedEx facility and the woman helping found it so fast was it really missing?

I called to make sure that my package would arrive today, Saturday January 29, 2022. I was assured that the package was loaded and out for delivery and that I could expect delivery between 11:30am and 3:30 pm. At 3:30pm I had not received my delivery so I entered my tracking # to check the status & to my surprise the tracking information now said that the package was being returned to the shipper. No one could give me a reason as to why this had occurred. The Bloomington location is closed now so no one answers & the 1-800 customer service was of absolutely no help. Someone had to change the delivery instructions to return to shipper and it sure wasn't me. Thanks for wasting my time both at home and over the phone. I sure hope that someone is reprimanded for this because I do not understand how the status was changed for no apparent reason. If Fed Ex makes this right and finds my package & delivers it no later than Monday January 31,2022 before it is returned back to the shipper I will gladly update my post & change my rating from 1 Star to 4 Stars. When something goes wrong and no one is perfect, this is when you truly find out about a company wanting to fix the issue that they created. Make it right. Find my package and deliver it within 48 hours.

I work at fed ex ground in rialto ca and there has been a train derailment that has slowed the pace of the loads
It because this FedEx ground is one of the biggest FedEx grounds in the country and we r vary backed up till next week

The best thing to do is to go to the facility they work at go to the security entrance tell them the the employee's name and😜# and if they are unload or load or, switcher.
The best way is to go ask the security. But you need to know where they're stationed, unload, A-side, B-side, C, D, or E-side, tugger, switcher, smalls, etc. Best check with security. A phone call will not work.
If your an employee, it's nearly impossible. You have to go to work and talk to your manager in person
Yes u may pick up your package between 8am to 8pm you have to call 1 day ahead so it can be pulled from the van.
They have the same problem all companies have now. No one wants to work. So everything takes longer to get done

It was scanned in and was due to be delivered on the 18th and then it changed to pending. 13 days later still no package.

A number of things can be the reason why your package has not arrived, if you're asking if the fires delayed some of the trucks then yes, the fires do play a part in the arrival time of your package.

This location is the distribution hub. I'm not sure about deliveries.
