I have always liked Aldi as a store. My experience today at this location was above and beyond. I had just had a devastating phone call and was not processing what was going on. An employee asked me if I was ok and if I needed a hug. I did need one. So thank you!

Never do a pickup from here. They replaced my chicken thighs with wings that cost 3 times as much without authorization....I don't even eat wings. And, they would not take it off when I refused it when it was brought to my car. I was forced to go in to return it. I am not sure what my fee of $1.99 for pickup was for if I had to go in. Managers are awful. Learned the person who brought the delivery to my car was a manager and his response to the problem was, "I am not the one who filled your order." Store manager never called back to address the situation. Will be calling their corporate office on it. Will never do an online order with this location again. Stay away from them.

ALDI is always great for saving money. Also, the park street deli items are almost* all very good to me. * the carnitas smelled like wet cat food to my nose. Not to anybody else, though. Can't say there's no diversity!
