This store (55th st in shawnee) has the rudest pharmacy dept. I have been there 3 times with the same attitudes every time. Going somewhere else from now on!

I had 3 prescription called from the doctors office when I went to pick them up I picked up 3 but only 1 was from the doctor appointment I was just at the other 2 was refills. I tried calling the pharmacy for over an hour to make sure they received the other 2 prescription and no one ever answered. This place is a joke!!!!

The pharmacists are always too busy doing shots to fill prescriptions. Very understaffed. They struggle to fill prescriptions within a day. Management needs to either staff up on not accept so many prescriptions.

Wish I could give a zero or more applicable would be negative rating. For months now it takes me going into the store to get a refill actually filled due to the same excuse month after month of being behind. Good luck calling to talk to them, it rings and recycles until they pick up to disconnect the call or the system just ends the call. Going on 5 months in a row that a refill is "in process" for over a week and was just disconnected when I was on hold over 8 minutes. Taking prescriptions to Walmart or Walgreens where we can wait in-store for it rather than waiting 10+ days. CVS had been the primary place for all my meds but I win not be using thembagain when 2 other providers are within a 30 second drive away. Hopefully this is on the list of stores the home office plans on permanently closing so you guys better update those resumes. -Updated- *Currently at 10 days since I submitted the refill request and even though they said it'd be filled yesterday, Monday, January 3, still "in process" and not completed*
