Awful management. Placed mobile order and arrived about 10 minutes later. They had paper printouts taped over the hamburgers on the menu board stating they had no beef (at 11 AM!) since their supply truck hadn't arrived. I told them I wanted to cancel the mobile order. They said cancel it yourself on the app. I did but was still charged anyway. Manager refused to do anything to help and told me to "call corporate." I've been on hold with Wendy's customer service for 30+ minutes with no answer.

I was in drive thru and I had ordered myself a 5 for 5 Biggie Bag. When I received my order two items wasn't even in the bag. The chicken nuggets and small fries wasn't in the bag. Also, I never receive a receipt with my change. I when back inside with my bag and informed them about what happened. I was given the rest of my order and I still wasn't given my receipt for my order.

I am trying Wendy's new wild caught North Pacific cod sandwich. It is crispy with a glob of tartar sauce and pickles. I added jalapenos($extra) but it is Yummy!!! And my fries are hot and crispy! I am very satisfied.
