Prices aren't worth the quality. No shopping carts to be seen. Staff is indifferent to customers. Same stuff as Walmart and dollar store for the same price or more.

I was coming to town from Reno, and although their school section is small, Scott the employee who assisted me was very welcoming! His customer service skills were excellent, definitely enjoyed my visit. The store wasn't too busy on the evening of the weekend I stopped by, and best of all the prices for most of their specials were also at half off.

Big lots is a great store, Love the prices you never know what you'll find. But you have to buy it when you see it, because you never know what they're going to get back in stock. They have a good rewards program that sends coupons. The staff have always been courteous.
