JCPenney has great value, in general, and we can often find what we need at good prices - but during our latest visit to the Coddingtown location, the directional signage left much to be desired. Navigational arrows pointed in conflicting directions and we ended up walking in circles. Please do a walk-through to verify customer navigationability.

No I don't think they are. I was there less then a month ago and they were remodeling.
They don't have office furniture at this store. Maybe Staples, right near Coddington mall
Go to the jc penny store, tell customer service what happened and make a payment in good faith
