decent food and especially the bacon, but service was super slow. that said I did go at a random weekday afternoon. the menu is actually a newspaper so do not be fooled like me thinking there is no menu when in fact it is inside the newspaper. if you get a biscuit there the biscuit is the size of your head so that is cool. overall a decent breakfast and you can also buy bear themed paraphernalia

I have been working here in Sonoma at Best Western across the street. I have eaten several times Rohnert Park location staff and presentation 4 stars. The quality of food, another 4 stars . Now this location in Sonoma is awful starting way back in December, especially Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. No sign posted. This was supposed to be Open. NO THE UNIT WAS CLOSED!! MY employer gave Black Bear gift cards the items are expenses, and the prevention was and is AWFUL. OVER 30 MINUTES WAITED no feedback. A table 3 ppl had me waiting 30 mins finally so upset went up to counter all Spanish speaking their reason was unacceptable. 20.00 was my bill for cheese burgers and a small chocolate shake. This unit has an awful team. Someone in upper management should pay attention. No way will return. Not again tell any guest to eat. Horrible unit. Awful food to much money.
