Bait and switch is not acceptable. I picked out a $25/lb prime rib for Xmas dinner. Before the clerk could cut it, the meat manager goes into the fridge and pulls out another one and tells the clerk to sell it to me. Never asked me if I wanted it, just told the clerk to bag up the obviously inferior meat. I stopped him of course and he tried to defend himself, doubled down even after I told him what he was doing simply was not done in honest stores. I had to insist, eventually somewhat impolitely, after which he babbled incoherently trying to cover his obvious dishonesty. Once you lose trust like that you don't get it back, ever. Edit after SM reply: You don't add up. First, there were about 30 prime ribs in the case, why was that one in the fridge? Second, I've never selected a cut of beef in my whole life then had it changed out for another cut. It's just not done. And btw, the cut he took from the fridge had almost no ribeye, the prize of the cut, which is why it was probably sent back to the fridge to begin with. Don't ever screw with my family's X-mas dinner. No need to call you to get schmoozed by dishonest people, Sonoma County Meat Company are tremendous, as are Fatted Calf, and they're both better than your BPI generic commercial grade. Or I can special order prime grade Certified Angus Beef from Lucky's right here in town.

10/07/2021 I stopped in to see if they had a hot bar or some soup. It was about 11:30am and no soup. So I purchased a huge pizza cheese bagel for $1.99 from the self serve display. The bagel came with complimentary cream cheese cup (located in refrigerated case next to bagel display). The bagel was absolutely delicious. I'm sure it would be great warmed up. I tried to use the only restroom but it was closed. This store gets real busy so the small parking lot was very crowded.

The products at Sonoma Market are excellent, and the staff is kind, helpful, and all-around wonderful. The store is clean, bright, and a pleasure to visit. I'm so glad to have this market in our county!

I've been going to this store for the last 20 years. I have to admit that by necessity, I usually get my day to day grocery shopping done at some of the other larger supermarkets however, when I want the best that money can buy this is my go to place to shop. Their meat, produce and fish departments are without compare in Sonoma. Oh and let's not forget cheese! I live on a limited income but sometimes you just have to have what you have to have.

I don't really understand what you are asking. What kind of salt are you talking about? ...table salt, Pink Himalayan Salt,Kosher salt, or Epsom Salt for soaking...they have all of them there. I don't know what else you could be looking for.
Not a liquor store per se. But the selection at Sonoma Market is amazing and they're pretty much fully stocked. Hope this helps.

Now,
They DO have a water machine which I use weekly. They have 2 spots for Reverse Osmosis & 1 Deionized Water. It will accommodate large jugs ,like 5gal & has a shelf drop down for smaller jugs such as 1 gal, which is what I use as I can't handle the bigger ones. They also sell empty jugs, but they need to be washed out first before using. The gal size costs $.39 I don't know what they charge for 5gal. P.S. Whole Foods has same kind of machine but charges $.49 per gallon. Both store's have brochures referring you to their website for instructions on how to clean your jugs either hard plastic or glass. I can't remember if both store's have glass jugs (Whole Foods does), but they both have Hard Plastic.
$2 each
