It would be nice to be able to ask one simple question to a human being on the phone instead of spending what seems like 3 days on the automated system to no avail. That question is - Why have 3 checks I know have been mailed to me disappeared?!

Have a package that needs a signature? The post workers are so overworked and apathetic that they’ll simply put a “we couldn’t reach you” tag in your box; despite making ZERO actual effort to reach you. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I sure hope it wasn’t vital medication that you were having delivered, because another attempt won’t be made and now you have to go pick it up yourself. (Regardless whether you’re physically able to or not.) Way to go, USPS! Really great work!

I went there today (6/10,Thursday) around 3pm. it was not too busy, but people kept coming in and out. I had whole bunch questions about shipping parcel oversea. The lady there was so patiently answering all my questions, and one gentleman came out walking around to see if anyone needs help, he even helped me to tape my box. It totally change my impression about government owned business. Thank you and please keep it up!

I visited between 10:00-10:30a.m. on a Tuesday. There were 3 employees working, which kept the line moving pretty well. Ervin was awesome and helped me save money shipping a letter that I needed to arrive at its destination in 1 day. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. It's a post office; just be patient and friendly and everyone will treat you the same way in return. Would definitely come back to this location again.

I don't know. Have you asked them directly, inside the Post Office?
They are being emptied out twice daily or sometimes up to three times due to the holiday volume. There are scan points inside those boxes & are constantly scanned to ensure that those boxes we're picked up to headquarters. Hope this helps.
How can I find out if the lobby is open, don't want to drive from ladera to the valley in vain(,-studio city).
Of course. How would the courier here in the US know where it's going?
