Worst customer service ever. I came to purchase my items that totaled $141.30 with two gift cards. One worked the other didn't. The manager told me to take out items,not even asking me to pay the remaining the other way. So i stood there, for over an hour in pain making a phone call to customer service trying to see what was wrong with the other gift card. Ok so after nearly passing out, i went to customer service to see if someone could help me there, i was told that they were to busy to help me, mind you i could barely walk at that point. I used to work at this location but it's clear that they discriminate people with disabilities.

We love the fact that Target will shop for us and bring it to our car. It is especially important due to my upcoming several surgeries and my husbands HA that we not be exposed to covid or other sicknesses out there and so this service is literally a lifesaver. Thank you Target!

I usually give this Target 5*, but not today. I went in to buy raspberries that were on sale. None there! I waited in line at "customer service." I asked for a raincheck. 'We don't give out rainchecks." "So what do I do ?" "Wait till they are on sale again." I asked to speak with a manager. "No manager here." This is TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👎☹️

I am beyond grateful for having such an amzing interaction with Nancy at the Coddington Mall Target. Nancy went above & beyond to help me. I had gone to multiple stores from Petaluma to Santa Rosa with no luck of finding hellium tanks for my twins birthday party. Nancy took the initiative to help me. She was able to find 4 tanks for me. She also let me know about Traget circle on the target app which is so awesome. She definitely deserves a raise. I hope they hire more employees like her. You are the best Nancy thank you again so much. Sending lots of positive vibes your way ✨️
