I'm a big fan of Dairy Queen, and have been for years. But the dairy queen at this location is the worst I've ever seen or experienced... The empty parking lot on a hot day, at dinner time should of been my first clue. Of the food we ordered, they were out of multiple items. The work spaces were filthy... And no customers.. No excuses as they had no reason not to be cleaning. The lobby looked like it hasn't had a customer for the entire day. The food was mediocre at best. The counter staff had to ask multiple times what we had just ordered and still couldn't get it right.... And we were only ordering for our small family of four. My hope is that someone takes over this facility and brings it up to par with the rest of the dairy queen's.... We won't visit that one again!

Got a blizzard and it was handed to me melted. And wasn’t flipped to show me. I love having soup for dessert it’s the best.

The food has been great everytime. My only complaint is the last two times I’ve been there and ordered a chicken strip basket the gravy they’ve given me has been water consistency and inedible.

For some reason the chocolate ice cream has no flavor. We visited the Dairy Queen in Shawnee KS and it had the great flavor we have always loved. Please check your recipe because you are not preparing it correctly.
