The place was disgustingly filthy, I also was the only one there at the time. The employees were too busy complaining about another employee that was 2 hours late. The food was good but the tray that my food was on even had food on it from the previous person.

The worst customer service experience I have ever received. The teenager taking my order asked "what do you want" very rudely as I pulled up and snapped at me several times. After pulling forward to pay I was handed my sprite with a very obvious fly in it.

They forgot items in my drive through orders and instead of telling me to pull up to the 1 spot to park made me wait thru the line again. Got home after missing items and still has wrong items. There drive thru speaker is barely working and you can't hear the employee. Manager had no interest in making it right for their own mistakes. This location used to be terrible and has gotten better but seems to be slipping again.

Raised all prices. Drinks are watered-down. No root beer anymore. No $1 Menu or actual deals. Cheeseburger is a flattened bread sandwich that won't fill you up. The fries were old, even though we waited in line for a while. Will NOT be back!!!
