Was ok, but the drying part of it did not work. So, our car was wet after it was done. It is brushless, no contact. Questionable how well they really work?

We are from out of town and this was the closest car wash. Given our car was pretty dirty, but the $10 touch less car wash did not get it clean at all!! It basically smeared the dirt around. The owner was very nice and paid for us to do a manual car wash, but even after a thorough brush and soap and rinse there were still streaks of dirt all over our car and windows (I think from a dirty brush). The vacuum had very poor suction and we had to run 2 cycles to barely get the biggest dirt out of our car. It did not do a good job. We ended up going to 5th Ave touch car wash afterwards.
