Still sitting here waiting for someone to call from the repair department. Car steering wheel shakes, brakes vibrate, out of balance tire, exhaust in car, and chugs when going up hill. Held on line for an hour waiting to talk to someone. Finally gave up and called the rental line… they answer that option because they want your money. Demanded a supervisor because the lady kept saying the only option was to wait on the repair hotline. The supervisor promised and promised that they would call me within a half hour. Going on two hours now. Sure glad we were able to get to where we needed to go because that elevator music would have had me and the misses killing each other eventually. Horrible service, last time we ever rent from thrifty!
