Amazing archery store. These folks are the real deal when it comes to archery equipment and service. I took my bow in for a tune up and they did a superb job. This shop is exceptionally busy - they treat every customer like a friend. I was impressed with their knowledge of equipment and bow hunters needs. If you go in expect to wait a few minutes, it is worth your time. Look around at their inventory. I purchased a new bow quiver - really happy with it. They are family owned and operated. I believe in buying locally. Thank you.

I had come in the shop before and talked with Jake who was very helpful and friendly! But The second time I came back to actually buy the bow kit, I was disappointed with the customer service. A fella named Wesley, Westley? Who cares..ignored me when I walked in the door and after waiting around the bows and looking around anxiously I finally asked who worked there... and he rudely replied “maybe the guy wearing the flaming Aarow’s shirt”....okay I couldn’t see your shirt buddy sorry...and it just went downhill from there. He was bot intrested in selling me a bow at all. He did not want to explain anything. I felt like I was prying info out of him...he was terrible I am never going back again. The people at sportsman are honestly so helpful and nice and eager to help customers I’m just going to go support them. They ALL seem like they actually care. Jake, you were great! But other dude needs a customer service class or needs to work in the back away from customers... thanks for trying bud.

My teenage son and his friend went into Flaming Arrow to have a compound bow restrung. When my husband and I heard that they were going to be charged $65 for a this we were shocked! We called Sportsman's and learned they that they charge $25 for the same service. Unfortunately our call was not answered 10 minutes before Flaming Arrow closed. They were able to quickly restring the bow before closing and we ended up having to pay $65 the next day. When I called to express my complaint Nicole was very respectful and admitted that this is the fee they have to charge to stay open. But I was unhappy with the fact that she said the bow was "in pieces" when we know for a fact that it was not. I'm all for supporting small local businesses but not when they charge my son 3 times as much to do so.

Awesome service and great selection! I experience poor service at another local archery shop and went in here to see if they could help. Much better service as it felt like actually wanted to help my issue rather than shoe me out the door. Highly recommend!Thank you so much Chris!
