It's better than a tent. That was 3 yrs ago. 06/19 I left that place refused to collect any of my belongings. It creapy there...I did some research on the building, the address, the past. present, and future upcoming residents. There are many people who have come and gone through those doors at The Civic Center that believe there are lots of spirits there say the have either seen, heard,. fle lol t something wicked.

Supportive housing for individuals who would otherwise be homeless. A transition program to permanent homes, clients have private rooms and theoretically case management which falls woefully short but as stated it's housing, its free and theres not that many fires mostly. I think there is a cleaning service, has... anybody seen Bobby?

Not the same old, dirty hotel it used to be. It's not even a hotel anymore, in fact. It's a buzz-to-enter, residents only (no visitors) SRO. Acting as a temporary intermediary from a shelter to permanent housing, the Navigation Center is decimating the number of tents on the street by guiding stuck, addicted, and/or lost individuals through the process of obtaining necessary government documents, enrolling in available public assistance programs, and ultimately landing in a permanent residence. Horrible spot! Just robbed here and management had some deal worked out with the guys robbing me. I was not aware I was being invited over by a working girl. I was sprayed with mace and had money, wallet and shoes taken by her and pimp. Cops did nothing. Don't go here!!!
