The chair I purchased earlier in the year was defective and I went to purchase a warranty replacement a couple days ago. Everyone was very nice and helpful but when I got to the register the young lady asked me to wait so that she could check to make sure the price was comparable to their online price and sure enough it was much cheaper online. She then rang up the new chair at the discounted price. Great service from a wonderful staff. I don't give away many 5 star reviews but this time it was definitely earned.

I would to give a big kudos to the staff in the printing dept particularly Evan. Patience, skills and kindness. I had documents to center and copy for a memorial the staff made a difficult day so much easier and lighter. Thanks, so much!
