Do not see Dr.Gee Gott if you are on any pain medications, or controlled medications period. She will try to stop them and not want to refill them. I was on them long time and when i seen her the only thing we discuss is cutting me back to stop them. Do not recommend if you on any pain medications.

I have been coming here for 15+ years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Some days where people weren't the happiest but they were respectful and helpful. Best advice to the haters, come prepared and ahead of schedule and don't try to argue that your right when your probably not.

I have enjoyed them in the past. Recently my mother who is a patient needed assistance and the person on duty blew her off and refused to schedule an appointment or help in any way.

I understand that the Springfield/Eugene area is experiencing a Dr. shortage. The wait to get an appoint is long most places, however, this practice will cause even further delays. Don't waste your time here. Long post coming on details why. TLDR: The triage nurses give us a different excuse every time I called to get an update on a Prior Authorization for my medication, a process they've done multiple time for this medication. This is not the first time I've had issues getting this done, however this time takes the cake. They're rude, understaffed, and ableist. My specific Dr. is extremely nice and seems to genuinely care about me. At least when I'm in the office. This is some of the most terrible service I've received in healthcare in a long time. It's taken me 2 weeks to get a simple Prior authorization(or PA) in and when they finally put it in (after calling every day and even walking a physical copy of the form) they didn't provide the necessary documentation resulting in a denial. Documentation they have provided before and now suddenly have an issue providing. Documentation that I reminded them multiple times and they ensured was in the notes/chart and PA form. The staff has given me a different reason for the delay every. single. time. I call in. They are ableist and put the blame on me even though I have multiple disabilities and barriers that prevent me from performing the very tasks needed to get my medications and PA's submitted. Disabilities they are well aware of and are directly related to the medication needed. I literally can't function without this medication and it's put my whole life on pause. It's drastically affecting my mental health and wellbeing, I've spent many days depressed in bed. I've communicated this to them multiple times and they don't seem to care. This seems to be a problem of being understaffed and likely underpaid. Their staff seem to be in survival mode and just trying to get through the day. It also seems to be a lack of proper training on processes and procedures. Most of all, it's a clear lack of organization and care for their patients. Don't go here. Save your time, sanity, and breath. They don't care and do the bare minimum to help.

They are double booked and are really busy today. Try this afternoon hopefully things calm a little. Its Mondays that's the busiest for them. If you wait for more then 45 mins call back and tell the operator.
Marcola road is not accepting new patients. My husband used to see dr white who passed away, and they havent had doctors to place all of his patients with.

yes, they do flu shots, is where I get mine every year. just got to make an appt with your pcp and ask
They do take trillium call trillium and set them as your cordinated care and then call and set up a new patient appointment once its been put as your cordinated care
